How to Set Up Work Zone Alerts – RITIS Knowledge Base

The Work Zone Performance Monitoring application is a real-time tool that uses vehicle probe data and active work zone information to monitor work zone performance. Within the application, you can create Work Zone alert subscriptions to receive notifications for work zones that are important to you.

The Personal Traffic Alerts page displays all of your current alert subscriptions, including Work Zone alerts. Use this page to review, update, or delete your subscriptions.

Set up Alerts

To set up Work Zone alerts, navigate to the Work Zone application at https://workzone.ritis.org.

Modify Alerts

Delete Alerts

1.	From the Current Work Zones section, select a work zone.
2.	Click the Configure Alerts link.
3.	Set desired parameters, then click the Update Alert button.

1.	Navigate to the Personal Traffic Alerts page.
2.	Select the Pencil icon located to the right of the Work Zone alert you would like to modify.
3.	You will be redirected to the Work Zone application. In the Settings dialog box, click the Configure Alerts link.
4.	Adjust the needed parameters and click the Update Alert button.

1.	Navigate to the Personal Traffic Alerts page.
2.	Click the X icon.
3.	Click the Yes button to complete the deletion process.
